By using CareGo's website or services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Nature of Services

CareGo is a platform that connects families with independent caregivers for non-medical home care tasks. CareGo does not provide medical advice, treatment, diagnosis, or skilled nursing services of any kind. All care provided through our platform is non-medical in nature.

Caregivers on the CareGo platform are not licensed medical professionals. If you or your loved one requires medical care, contact a licensed healthcare provider or call 911 in an emergency.

Care Requests

Submitting a care request does not guarantee availability. CareGo confirms caregiver availability before any booking is finalized. You will be notified if we are unable to fulfill a request.

Final pricing is confirmed before payment is collected. You are not charged until you receive and pay the Stripe payment link sent by our team.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel a confirmed booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Late cancellations (less than 2 hours before the scheduled start time) may be subject to a cancellation fee. We will work with you reasonably in cases of emergencies.

Caregiver Conduct

All CareGo caregivers undergo identity verification and background checks. However, CareGo does not guarantee the conduct of any caregiver. You assume responsibility for ensuring that the care environment is safe and appropriate.

If you have a concern about a caregiver's conduct, please contact us immediately.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CareGo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service, including any harm resulting from caregiver actions or omissions.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use CareGo to request or expect caregivers to perform medical procedures, administer prescription medications, provide skilled nursing care, or engage in any activity outside the scope of non-medical home assistance.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
